We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workforce Operations Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce management, operations, and project management, with previous experience in the education sector being highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement workforce strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels and operational efficiency
- Manage daily workforce operations, including scheduling, forecasting, and performance monitoring
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of workforce strategies with organizational goals
- Lead and mentor a team of workforce specialists to ensure high performance and job satisfaction
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to workforce operations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall workforce performance
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in workforce management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in workforce operations or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with workforce management software and tools
