We are seeking an experienced Yoga Studio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our yoga studio located in Sharjah. As the Yoga Studio Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the studio, including staff management, scheduling, customer service, marketing, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of yoga instructors and front desk staff
- Develop and implement class schedules and programming
- Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Oversee marketing and promotional efforts to attract new clients and retain existing clients
- Manage studio finances, including budgeting, payroll, and inventory control
- Maintain a clean and safe studio environment
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in the yoga community

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in the yoga or fitness industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of yoga practices and principles
- Familiarity with studio management software is a plus
