We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Yoga Studio Manager to oversee the operations of our yoga studio in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the yoga studio, including scheduling, budgeting, inventory management, and staff supervision
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients, instructors, and staff
- Ensure that all classes are running smoothly and that instructors are providing high-quality instruction
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with instructors to develop new class offerings and workshops
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in yoga and wellness

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the health and wellness industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of yoga practices and principles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
