We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable processes and procedures, as well as experience working in the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues and inquiries
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records
- Assist with internal and external audits as needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding accounts payable processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Experience working in the Aerospace and Defense industry preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
