We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage and update company databases
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in the preparation of documents for tender submissions
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative clerk or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred
