We are seeking an experienced Airport Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and management within the airport environment, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all retail operations within the airport, including managing staff, inventory, and sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with all airport regulations and security protocols
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Train and mentor staff to deliver a high level of customer service
- Handle any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in airport retail operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of airport regulations and security protocols
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and retail management software
