Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Alumni Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is critical in developing and managing programs that engage our alumni community within the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fostering meaningful relationships with alumni to enhance their professional growth and maintain a vibrant alumni network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design, implement, and manage innovative alumni programs that promote engagement, networking, and continuous learning within the telecommunications sector.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with alumni, leveraging various communication channels to keep them informed and engaged with the organization.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute alumni events, including networking sessions, workshops, and reunions, ensuring they align with the organization’s goals and provide value to participants.
- Data Management: Maintain and update the alumni database, ensuring accurate records of alumni interactions, preferences, and feedback.
- Communication Strategy: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote alumni programs and initiatives through newsletters, social media, and other channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, human resources, and program management, to align alumni initiatives with broader organizational goals.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from alumni on programs and events, using insights to continuously improve offerings and strengthen community relationships.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on alumni engagement metrics and program effectiveness, presenting findings to senior management to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in program management, community engagement, or a related field, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven experience in managing events and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with alumni from various backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms, as well as familiarity with database management systems.
- A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and program development.
