We are currently seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our telecommunications team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for various applications used within the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users for various applications, including troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems.
- Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new applications and upgrades.
- Document support processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
- Assist in testing and quality assurance of new applications and updates.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of SQL databases and scripting languages.
