We are seeking a skilled and experienced Art Conservator to join our team in Dubai. As an Art Conservator specializing in Agriculture, you will be responsible for the preservation and restoration of artworks related to the agriculture industry, including paintings, sculptures, and other artifacts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing the condition of agricultural artworks and determining appropriate conservation and restoration techniques
- Developing and implementing conservation treatment plans to ensure the long-term preservation of artworks
- Conducting detailed examinations, documentation, and research on agricultural artworks
- Performing cleaning, stabilization, repair, and restoration work on artworks using appropriate materials and techniques
- Collaborating with other team members, including curators, art historians, and technicians, to ensure the proper care and maintenance of artworks
- Monitoring and maintaining environmental conditions to prevent deterioration of artworks
- Providing recommendations for storage, handling, and display of agricultural artworks
- Keeping detailed records of treatments, materials used, and condition assessments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Art Conservation, Art History, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Minimum 3-8 years of experience in art conservation, preferably with a focus on agricultural artworks
- Strong knowledge of conservation techniques, materials, and technology
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of health and safety guidelines related to conservation work
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for documentation and analysis
