We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong background in the hospitality industry, and a proven track record of leadership and management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing all aspects of the bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Train and supervise bar staff to ensure high standards of service and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed and maintaining accurate records
- Work closely with the Bar Manager to create and update menus, pricing, and promotions
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and licensing laws

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a bar or similar hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of basic accounting and inventory management principles
- Familiarity with POS systems and other bar-related technology
- Must be fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry
