We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Coach to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head Coach in training and developing our team of drivers and logistics staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Coach in developing and implementing training programs for drivers and logistics staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Monitor and analyze team performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance team productivity and efficiency
- Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to team members to improve their skills and performance
- Collaborate with the Head Coach to set performance goals and track progress
- Assist in coordinating and overseeing logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in transportation and logistics operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of coaching and developing teams
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver's license
