We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Coach to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The Assistant Coach will work closely with the Head Coach to develop and implement training programs for our team of real estate agents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching and mentoring others, as well as a strong understanding of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Coach in designing and implementing training programs for real estate agents
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to agents to help them achieve their sales goals
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to agents on areas for improvement
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new agents
- Collaborate with the Head Coach to develop strategies for team success
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in real estate sales

Requirements:

- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
