We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Concierge to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Information Technology. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of IT services and products.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Concierge in managing all IT-related inquiries and requests from residents and guests.
2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT issues, including but not limited to software installations, network connectivity problems, and hardware malfunctions.
3. Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues.
4. Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.
5. Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades and software deployments.
6. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in IT to provide innovative solutions to residents and guests.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT services with other property amenities.
8. Assist in training staff and residents on the use of IT systems and applications.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
2. [Random number] years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
7. Familiarity with IT security best practices.
8. Fluent in English, with knowledge of additional languages being a plus.
