We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant IT Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, particularly in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the IT Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff members
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
- Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in the construction industry
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems are meeting organizational needs
- Train and mentor junior IT staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
