We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant IT Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, particularly in the financial services industry. The Assistant IT Manager will work closely with the IT Manager to ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and infrastructure within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the IT Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Manage and support IT staff, including training and development
- Monitor and maintain all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
- Implement and maintain IT security protocols and measures
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Manage IT projects from inception to completion
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
- Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred
