We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Winemaker to join our team in Al Ain. The Assistant Winemaker will work closely with the Head Winemaker to assist in all aspects of winemaking, from vineyard management to bottling and packaging. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for winemaking and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Winemaker in all stages of the winemaking process, including grape harvesting, crushing, fermentation, blending, aging, and bottling.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure optimal production conditions.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure the highest standards of wine production.
- Assist in developing and implementing new winemaking techniques and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote and market our wines effectively.
- Assist in managing inventory and supplies to ensure smooth production operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Enology, Viticulture, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in winemaking, preferably in a commercial winery setting.
- Strong knowledge of winemaking techniques, fermentation processes, and grape varieties.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time position based in Al Ain. The salary and benefits package will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
