We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Winemaker to join our team in Al Ain. In this role, you will work closely with the Head Winemaker to assist in all aspects of winemaking operations, from grape harvesting to bottling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in winemaking and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Winemaker in all stages of winemaking, including grape selection, crushing, fermentation, aging, blending, and bottling
- Conduct routine analysis of wine samples to monitor fermentation progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate records of winemaking processes and production data
- Assist in managing inventory of winemaking supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new wine products and labels
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment in accordance with healthcare standards
- Assist with vineyard management tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Enology, Viticulture, Food Science, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in winemaking, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of winemaking techniques and processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
