We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Manager to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and transportation management, with experience in leading a team and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of transportation and logistics staff, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs
- Monitor and track shipment schedules, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate transportation rates and secure contracts
- Oversee inventory management and warehouse operations
- Analyze data and generate reports on key performance indicators to track and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in transportation and logistics management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving operational targets
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and logistics software
- Knowledge of local transportation regulations and industry best practices
