We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Auction Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Auction Assistant will be responsible for supporting the auction process in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in organizing and coordinating auction events, including setting up auction lots, preparing auction catalogs, and managing bidder registrations
- Conducting research on pharmaceutical products to accurately describe and value items for auction
- Providing administrative support, including managing auction inventory, processing payments, and coordinating shipping and logistics
- Communicating with clients, bidders, and vendors to answer inquiries and resolve issues
- Assisting with marketing efforts to promote auction events and attract potential bidders
- Collaborating with team members to ensure successful auction outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to auction transactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
