We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Automotive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets in the energy sector.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive product sales
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in the energy sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
