We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry, with a focus on manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the automotive service department, including personnel management, customer service, and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to increase service department revenue and profitability
- Ensure all service technicians are properly trained and equipped to perform their jobs effectively
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track departmental performance and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of service orders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements to ensure the service department remains competitive and efficient

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
