We are seeking a talented and experienced Baker Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong attention to detail. This position is based in the Aerospace and Defense industry, where precision and quality are of utmost importance.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the head baker in preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts
- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality and quantity of baked goods
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and products to meet customer demands

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a bakery or pastry kitchen
- Knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in baking or culinary arts
- Experience working in a high-volume bakery or food production facility
