We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in the Aerospace and Defense industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, and lattes
- Ensure high-quality coffee preparation and presentation
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and processing payments
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Keep track of inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
