We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Operations Program Manager to join our manufacturing team in Abu Dhabi. The Branch Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of branch operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize branch operations and achieve business objectives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products
- Manage inventory levels and procurement processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers
- Lead and motivate a team of operations professionals to achieve performance goals and targets
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch operations management in the manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
