Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Budget Analyst to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. As a Budget Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating budget reports, and providing recommendations to help our construction projects stay on track financially.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to track project expenses and provide regular budget updates
- Monitor and control project spending to ensure budget goals are met
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for proposed projects and investments
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to optimize project budgets
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts for construction projects
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to budgeting and financial analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Budget Analyst in the construction industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial modeling and budgeting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
