We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. As a key member of our Real Estate division, the Building Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our commercial and residential properties in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement building operations programs to ensure the efficient and effective management of all properties under our portfolio.
- Coordinate with property managers, maintenance teams, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and maintenance activities.
- Monitor and analyze building operations data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, landlords, and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets for building operations, including forecasting expenses and managing costs.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and safety standards related to building operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of building operations staff to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in building operations management, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and property management principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and building management software.
