Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Program Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and operational efficiency of our business development initiatives within the consumer goods sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management, business strategy, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Development and Management:
- Design, implement, and oversee business development programs tailored to expand market reach and boost revenue in the consumer goods sector.
- Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and timelines for each program, ensuring alignment with company goals.

2. Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth within the consumer goods segment.
- Monitor competitive landscape and consumer behavior, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive program execution and alignment with overall business strategy.
- Facilitate communication and cooperation among departments to optimize program outcomes.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and key clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business development programs, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Develop and implement performance metrics to evaluate the success of business development programs.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on program performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

6. Budget Management:
- Create and manage program budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Monitor expenditures and provide regular updates on budget status to senior management.

7. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development of team members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, program management, or related roles, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing business development programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
