We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Assist with medical procedures under the supervision of registered nurses
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Document patient interactions and care provided in medical records
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- CPR certification
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience working in a military or defense healthcare setting
- Fluency in Arabic and English
