We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Chaplain to provide spiritual and emotional support to individuals working in the agriculture sector in Dubai, UAE. The Chaplain will be responsible for offering pastoral care, counseling, and religious services to farmers, agricultural workers, and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide spiritual and emotional support to individuals working in the agriculture sector.
- Conduct religious services, such as prayers, meditations, and worship services.
- Offer counseling and guidance to individuals facing personal or professional challenges.
- Build relationships with members of the agriculture community to understand their needs and provide appropriate support.
- Collaborate with other organizations and religious institutions to offer a comprehensive support network.
- Coordinate and lead religious ceremonies and rituals, such as weddings, funerals, and blessings.
- Promote spiritual well-being and personal growth within the agriculture community.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in theology, pastoral studies, or a related field.
- Ordination or certification as a chaplain preferred.
- Experience working in pastoral care or a related field for at least 3 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide emotional support and guidance in a compassionate manner.
- Knowledge of religious practices and traditions.
- Understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals in the agriculture sector.
