We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to join our healthcare organization in Dubai. The CCO will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of compliance within the organization to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures in accordance with local and international healthcare regulations.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify any potential areas of risk or non-compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide guidance on compliance issues and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors on compliance matters.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
- Investigate and respond to compliance violations or allegations in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address compliance issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a compliance role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of local and international healthcare regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to influence and drive change within the organization.
