We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to join our Real Estate company in Dubai. The CCO will be responsible for overseeing and managing all compliance activities within the organization to ensure adherence to legal standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor changes in regulations and industry trends to ensure the company's compliance practices remain up-to-date.
- Provide compliance training and guidance to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal and risk management teams, to address compliance concerns and mitigate risks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors during compliance inspections and investigations.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and board of directors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in law, business, finance, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification in compliance is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of local and international compliance regulations, including AML, KYC, and GDPR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
