We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join our dynamic team in the real estate industry based in Dubai. The CISO will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the overall enterprise security strategy, policies, standards, and programs to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization's information assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an information security strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Establish and maintain information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls to protect the organization's information assets.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Manage security incidents and breaches, including investigation, containment, and recovery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead a team of security professionals to deliver security solutions and services.
- Provide guidance and support to business units on security-related issues.
- Stay current on emerging security threats, technologies, and trends to proactively address potential risks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- CISSP, CISM, or other relevant security certifications preferred.

- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
