We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Legal Officer (CLO) to join our Real Estate company based in Dubai. The CLO will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters related to the company's operations in the Real Estate sector.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and guidance on all legal matters affecting the company's operations in the Real Estate sector
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements, including lease agreements, purchase agreements, and partnership agreements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing Real Estate transactions in Dubai
- Manage and oversee litigation and dispute resolution matters, including coordinating with external legal counsel when necessary
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and mitigate legal risks
- Advise senior management on legal issues and provide strategic guidance on business decisions
- Stay informed about changes in Real Estate laws and regulations in Dubai and provide training to employees as needed
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure alignment on legal matters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution
- Admission to practice law in Dubai
- [X] years of experience in a similar role in the Real Estate sector
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate laws and regulations in Dubai
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven track record of providing sound legal advice and strategic guidance
- Experience managing a team of legal professionals
