We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our manufacturing company based in Dubai. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes, and driving overall business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline manufacturing processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Lead and manage a team of department heads and production staff to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other senior executives to develop and execute business strategies and achieve company goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion, cost reduction, and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management role in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of success in improving operational efficiency, driving business growth, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Experience working in Dubai or the Middle East region is a plus.
