We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our healthcare organization based in Dubai. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of the company, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation
