We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our healthcare organization based in Dubai. The CRO will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue generation strategies in alignment with the overall business objectives
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new revenue opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors
- Monitor and analyze financial data to track revenue performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of revenue-generating initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- [X] years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
