We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our construction company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating activities and driving growth within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies to increase profitability and drive growth
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and maximize revenue potential
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to revenue generation
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with clients
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the construction industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools
