We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Worker to join our team in Al Ain. The Child Care Worker will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children while their parents are at work. The ideal candidate will have a background in Information Technology and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor children's activities to ensure their safety and well-being
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the childcare center

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
