We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child Care Worker to join our healthcare team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care and support to children in a healthcare setting, ensuring their safety, well-being, and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children in a healthcare setting
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to play and learn
- Monitor and supervise children's activities and ensure their safety at all times
- Assist with feeding, changing, and other basic caregiving tasks
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play to promote their development
- Communicate effectively with parents, healthcare professionals, and other team members regarding the children's progress and well-being
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare area
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and policies related to childcare

Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children in a healthcare or childcare setting
- Basic knowledge of child development and care practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
- Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
