Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Claims Clerk to join our dynamic team in Sharjah, specializing in the energy sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in processing and managing claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process claims submitted by clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Verify the validity of claims by investigating and assessing the information provided, and liaising with clients and service providers as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of claims and related documentation in our claims management system.
- Collaborate with various departments, including legal, finance, and operations, to resolve claims-related issues and provide timely updates to clients.
- Monitor claim status and follow up with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and payment.
- Prepare and generate reports on claims activity and trends for management review.
- Assist in the development and implementation of claims processes and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding claims status and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance claims handling processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in claims processing, preferably within the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of insurance principles, claims management processes, and relevant regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
