We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Account Manager to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and developing strong relationships with key clients in the Real Estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand client base
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on property listings, market trends, and investment opportunities
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met
- Monitor and track client accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to provide clients with relevant and accurate information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- [Random number] years of experience in client account management in the Real Estate industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
