We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team in Dubai. The Clinical Nurse Educator will be responsible for providing education and training to nurses and other healthcare professionals in various clinical settings. This position will play a key role in developing and implementing educational programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs for nurses and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on clinical procedures, patient care, and best practices.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare providers to identify educational needs and develop training materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to nursing staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
- Stay current on latest trends and developments in nursing education and healthcare.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred.
- Active nursing license in Dubai.
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience as a Clinical Nurse Educator or in a similar role.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in nursing education.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
