We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team in the Transportation and Logistics sector in Dubai. The Clinical Nurse Educator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for nurses within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver educational programs for nursing staff, focusing on best practices in patient care, safety, and transportation logistics.
- Provide ongoing training and support to nursing staff to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with the nursing leadership team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of nursing staff to identify learning needs and opportunities for professional development.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in nursing education, and incorporate them into educational programs.
- Act as a mentor and resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred.
- Valid nursing license in the UAE.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years of experience in nursing education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry preferred.
