Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the real estate sector. This role is critical for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market in Abu Dhabi, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue in the commercial real estate market.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including investors, developers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with overall business strategies.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to promote the company’s services and expand professional networks.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of local real estate regulations, market conditions, and economic factors influencing the industry.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and local regulations is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
