We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communications Director to join our manufacturing company based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective communication strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan to promote the company's brand and products
- Manage all internal and external communications, including press releases, media relations, and public relations
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, website content, and social media posts
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on communication initiatives
- Manage a team of communication professionals to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a communications role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully executing communication strategies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends
