We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Community Development Manager Assistant in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will assist the Community Development Manager in overseeing and coordinating community outreach programs, managing relationships with local stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Community Development Manager in developing and implementing community engagement strategies.
- Coordinate with local authorities, community organizations, and other stakeholders to build positive relationships and promote the company's image.
- Organize and attend community events, meetings, and workshops to gather feedback and address concerns from residents.
- Monitor and report on community development activities, including progress on community projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that community development goals align with overall project objectives.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to community development in the construction sector.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field.
