We are seeking a skilled and experienced Compensation Manager to join our team in Ajman within the Pharmaceuticals industry. The Compensation Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a competitive compensation and benefits program to attract and retain top talent within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the organization's compensation packages remain competitive within the industry.
- Manage the design and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to budget for and allocate compensation and benefits expenses.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters.
- Monitor and analyze trends in compensation and benefits and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking studies to stay informed about compensation trends in the market.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in compensation and benefits management within the Pharmaceuticals industry.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles and practices.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
