Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation Manager to join our dynamic team in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compensation strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. You will play a critical role in ensuring competitive compensation practices that attract and retain top talent in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies that support the company’s goals and objectives in the energy sector.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.
- Collaborate with HR and management to design and update job descriptions and compensation structures.
- Analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to leadership on pay equity and compensation adjustments.
- Oversee the administration of the compensation program, including salary reviews, incentive programs, and bonuses.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, regulations, and best practices related to compensation and benefits.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensation-related issues, including employee inquiries about pay structures and benefits.
- Participate in the development and implementation of performance management processes that align with compensation strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on compensation trends, metrics, and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting compensation and benefits.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation management, preferably within the energy sector or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
- Experience in conducting compensation benchmarking and salary surveys.
- Proficient in compensation software and HR information systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional certification in compensation or human resources (e.g., CCP, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
