We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Consumer Advocate to join our team in Dubai within the Financial Services sector. As a Consumer Advocate, you will be responsible for representing the interests of consumers and ensuring that their rights are protected in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve consumer complaints related to financial products and services
- Educate consumers on their rights and responsibilities
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies to address systemic issues affecting consumers
- Monitor industry trends and developments to identify potential consumer risks
- Advocate for consumer-friendly policies and regulations within the financial services sector
- Provide support and guidance to consumers navigating the financial services landscape
- Develop and maintain relationships with consumer advocacy organizations and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in consumer advocacy or a related field
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and consumer protection laws
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
