We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing industry and possess strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Coordinator in organizing and coordinating production schedules, shipments, and deliveries
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
- Maintain and update production records, reports, and documentation
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and events for the production team
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and production processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
